There are a few different habits that we can adapt in order to make it easier for us to keep going instead of giving up. Make sure that you are acknowledging your emotions and accepting that they are important. You have to be comfortable with getting uncomfortable because every path is going to have some bumps in it. It’s also essential to prepare yourself ahead of time by setting goals and creating a consistent routine/schedule. Finally, remind yourself why you’re here and what goal you’re trying to accomplish.
