During the aging process, just as the body starts to become slower, so does the mind. Although, there are ways to combat this. One in particular is exercising. By doing aerobic activities, blood flow increases to the brain, allowing it to rejuvenate and replace damaged cells. Also, exercise allows more fuel, in the form of glucose, to reach the brains neurons. All in all, in order to keep the brain young, it may be best to keep the body young as well.
