The moment one begins to live life with integrity, their life will be filled with harmony. Humans can learn by feeling gratitude towards themselves, their lives, and their partners. Without integrity, humans become unloving, tense, and disrespectful to themselves and others. Thus, committing to loving yourself and others is the best thing that humans can do to improve themselves.
