It seems for most people that every day is basically a rinse and repeat situation with no change in sight. But here are a few tips to get out of that nasty cycle. Remember to breathe. Most people don’t even realize that they are not breathing normally to get the most benefit from oxygen. If you are stressed it is even worse, so pay attention and take deep breaths and try to do this for 10 seconds while you think of nothing. Then be aware of your facial expressions and rather then always looking deep in thought and unapproachable…Smile. You will feel better and in turn make everyone happy to see your beautiful smile.

Key Takeaways:

  • Time is valuable, but many people waste what time they have by living like they’re on autopilot.
  • Learning to recognise when you’re living on autopilot and come out of it will be important to finding peace and joy.
  • Tips include smiling, calming your mind by counting to ten, and more.
