There is social pressure to go out and interact with others, but sometimes it is not in our best interests to mingle with others. If you are not going out with someone who makes you feel comfortable and secure, or causes you stress, stay home. It’s best not to go out while you are affected by stress, under pressure, in a reactive state or highly emotional. If you are drained by social interactions, and have a deadline, it is best to pool your energy.
