The biggest thing you can do to reduce your anxiety is to take responsibility for how you are living. Cut down on stressors – the internet and social media being big opportunities for stressors. Be deliberate about how you interact on social media and only use your platforms when you are enjoying. Not everything will always be perfect in the cyberworld: accept it. You can even leave it behind read a book or go outside to enjoy yourself.
