We often have goals throughout the day that we want to achieve, but we never end up doing them and the day is suddenly over and we’re left feeling like we have accomplished nothing. The reason we are not as productive as we would like to be is because we spend a lot of time procrastinating and not enough time planning what our goals are. We should start planning the night before, this way, we have a clear plan and we will have less anxiety over the things that need to get done.
