Can Drinking Milk Slow Down the Aging Process?

There is something in all of our bodies that are referred to as telomeres. We all have them, but as we age sometimes they can become shorter. Once these become shorter it can lead to disease, obesity, and depression. In several studies it was determined that people who drank milk, either whole or low fat milk had longer telomeres. There are some studies, however, that don’t show any connection between the consumption of milk and certain diseases.
