When it comes to practicing trust, it’s something that many of us struggle with on a daily basis due to many different factors. One of the things that we should be focusing on is our hearts and going with our guts. An issue many of us struggle with is indecision because we are so afraid of making the wrong decision. This leads to procrastination because we are afraid of what’s going to happen after we make a decision or complete the task at hand.

Key Takeaways:

  • Indecision causes us to not trust ourselves because we’re afraid things will turn out differently than we hope.

  • Procrastination happens because we don’t trust ourselves to handle whatever happens after we complete the task.
