Working with Your Inner Resistance

If you are a resistant person, you need to learn to work with it in order to be successful. Most of the time, we are resistant to things that are harmful to us. However, there are also some times that we are resistant to things that may be beneficial to us. When it comes to working with our inner resistance the first step is realizing that the resistance is present. You then want to ask yourself why it’s happening and what the resistance feeling does to your mind and body.
