Everyone of us have emotions. We feel various emotions when something good happens to us, when something bad happens to us, and when life is good, just the way that it should be. But, if you’re labeling your emotions only as good or bad, it is time to expand your vocabulary. When you are in touch with your emotions, it broadens your horizons and perspective on life, and helps you become the best person that you can possibly be.
