Self examination is a spiritual practice that helps to monitor and access the morals of one self each day. It is recommended to be done twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. The morning sessions should focus on the responsibilities and tasks for the day. The evening session should be a reflection of the day. Asking one self a lot of questions and reflecting. Avoiding quilt and negative thoughts will make for a successful self examination.
