Breathing Meditation Can Help PTSD, Maybe Better Than Drugs

Since often times medication is not effective in treating post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in military veterans, scientists are now finding ways to treat the condition by using breathing and meditation techniques. Observing 21 veterans, researchers found that such techniques resulted less frequent nightmares and other symptoms. Results seemed to effective for the long-term.
