Busyness seems to be the nature of our world these days.  Meditation sounds appealing, but you may be afraid you can’t stop thinking long enough to get any benefit.

While meditation IS very beneficial, there are other things you can do that don’t take up a lot of time. (You may even find that after you do a few of these activities, meditation isn’t so difficult after all!)

Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to spend hours meditating, learn multiple languages or do a yoga retreat to grow personally. There are ways to accelerate your personal growth without having to sacrifice giant amounts of time.

3. Move your body
4. Set an alarm to go to bed
5. Listen to books over reading them
