● Kale, spinach

● Brussels sprouts, Alfalfa sprouts, Broccoli

● Beets, Red bell pepper, Onion, Corn, Eggplant

● Prunes and Raisins

● Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Raspberries

● Plums, Oranges, Red grapes, Cherries

● Halibut, Mackerel, Salmon, Trout, Tuna

● Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts
