Improving your level of happiness is a goal that most of us would fully embrace. There’s a lot of literature that can give you useful techniques in order to help yourself release the inner potential on your quest for increased happiness, but few of these books deal with extraordinary situations like global pandemic we experienced. Although we were spending a lot of time at home, it felt like we did not have time to enjoy life even in its most simple things.
