An important thing that we should do is to practice self compassion, even with chaos and the unknown being in our lives. Many people struggle with self image and self confidence and that has a negative effect on not only our mental health but our physical health as well. Some of the best things that you can do to offset these are to pick up new activities, socialize with friends and family and find something you’re passionate about.
