When we lead with our own passions, we don’t allow those around us to influence what those truly are. When people operate from their ego, which is very common, instead of operating under their authentic self, they often find themselves in a place that they think is acceptable for other people to be in. If people don’t like you that’s great, it means you are living the way you want to despite what other people think, and this is the foundation for true success.
