How to Release Your Attachment When You Can’t Let Someone Go

When I was younger, I had a cord attachment to someone, and I will get into exactly what that is. I was in a relationship with someone, and when that ended, I cried, I felt lost, and I didn’t know what to do. We have people in and out of our lives all the time, but sometimes, we become very attached to a certain person. My deep down reason for becoming so attached, was my previous trauma from my childhood that needed healing.
