How to Get What You Want Out of Life

By Peter Julian

In order to break through your comfort zone, you have to be brave enough to try something different. You can tell people what it is you want, and don’t be afraid to ask for what you want. Ask for something bigger than what you actually want, the size of the request should make you cringe a little bit. You should also expect to get the things that you want out of life. We tend to act for what we expect rather for than for the things that we want.

Key Takeaways:

  • Being brave is the start to getting out of your comfort zone in all areas of life.
  • Be aware of what your strengths and weaknesses are, and play to your strengths.
  • Expect to get what you want and ask for much bigger than you actually want, if it makes you cringe a little, that’s the size you want.

“When we stretch ourselves this way, we open up to endless possibilities and opportunities.”
