Pressures of daily life can wear a person down in body, mind and spirit, but there are internal pressures we put on ourselves as well. Pressures such as are we good enough, what if this were to occur or that, what will I do? One of the first things a person has to learn in changing the way they think and experience stress is how they view things. One can choose to look at things in a positive or negative way.
