● Prunes and Raisins

● Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Raspberries

● Plums, Oranges, Red grapes, Cherries

● Halibut, Mackerel, Salmon, Trout, Tuna

● Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts
