We were all brought up to be sensitive to the feelings of others, there is no need to tell the truth all the time especially if the truth is going to hurt somebody. The average person lies twice a day and that was admittedly to coworkers and those types of relationships. But, what if you were to tell the truth to your romantic partner? Would you really want them to be honest about your hair cut if they don’t like it? Sometimes, a lie is necessary, especially in romantic relationships.
