If you want to create good habits and meet and exceed your goals, you need to create a formula. First you should mentally visualize your goals because they keep you focused on the goal ahead. If you accomplish your goal, it is important to write down how and why you accomplished it for future reference. Our brains tend to memorize and see things in pictures. We can use mental images in order to stay focused on our goals and create good habits. We just have to train our brain to work that way.
