There are quite a few ways that you can balance your mind, body and soul when you are going through a crisis. All three of these are connected and the imbalance of just one of them can have an affect on the other two as well. One of the things that we need to do during a crisis is be aware of it and aware of our feelings and emotions and how it affects our mind and body. After that we need to reflect on our lives and try to find meaning.
