What are “Silent” Subliminals?
What are “Silent Subliminals?”
One of the questions we get from new customers & subscribers is “What are Silent Subliminals?”
Silent Subliminals, also referred to as UHF subliminals, are specially encoded affirmations that are recorded in an ultra-high frequency audio range.
Unlike the more common form of subliminal message that is “buried” underneath a sound mask (ocean, music, etc.), the silent subliminal is recorded in a frequency range that is just below the upper threshold of human hearing. The effect is that the listener “hears” the encoded message but, because it is outside the range of awareness, is not consciously aware of the sound itself.
This means that there is no need for masking of the message with other sounds that can be distracting, inappropriate in a public venue, or grow tedious after many listening sessions.
Most often the silent subliminal tracks are experienced through audio speakers and not headphones. The volume should be set for a low background listening level using an audible sound source like a music CD first.
The silent process has an interesting history…
This game-changing technology was originally created & patented by aerospace engineer Bud Lowery for use by the Department of Defense and was used in the 1st gulf war as “psy-ops” tool.
Eventually the process was licensed to WBLI when we discovered that it was a perfect technology for use in the field of personal development. In fact we were the first to use his original process in a commercially available personal development product.
